This is a very quick shoot to just show experimentation with manual settings. The below image is very over exposed, so with either the ISO should be lower, the f-stop should be higher or you should use a quick shutter speed.
To capture the candle light, I used a long shutter speed, there are some issues with slowing the shutter speed down too much for example once you go below 125 there is a high likely hood of camera shake unless you use a tripod or steady surface.
